Michael H. Artinian
Legal Experience and Expertise
Mr. Artinian has extensive experience handling a wide variety
of civil litigation matters, including complex and class-action cases and has
had substantial experience and success with all aspects of dispute resolution.
He has practiced before federal and state courts throughout California,
including motion practice, discovery, depositions, arbitrations, mediations,
settlement conferences, trial work, and post-trial motions/appeals. He has also
drafted and argued several winning pretrial motions, including summary judgment
motions to dispose of cases and/or posture cases for desirable settlement
positions.
Professional History
Prior to joining Bridgford & Gleason in 2008, Mr. Artinian
was an associate with Specter & Willoughby LLP (Newport Beach) for more than
eight years, where he practiced in the areas of real estate, employment,
business, and general liability litigation.
